  • Kyle Deeds - Capacity and Specialized Hardware Lead, Azure Government Engineering, Microsoft

    Kyle is the capacity and specialized hardware lead for Azure Government, responsible for ensuring the platform has hardware capabilities to meet customer's mission requirements. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Elizabethtown College and Masters in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon and currently resides in Baltimore, MD with this wife Allison.

  • Zach Kramer - Engineer Lead, Azure Government, Microsoft

    Since joining Microsoft in 2001, Zach Kramer has worked as an engineering lead to build Azure based applications for Microsoft Services. The application were used across Microsoft's largest customers to optimize the infrastructure transforming a people based business to one delivered by Azure for customers to self-service. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Florida State University and lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife Mary Frances Jimenez and children – Owen (12), Elliott (9), Imogen (4) and Armando (1).

Session Description

Learn how Microsoft Azure Government enables compliant deep learning and traditional HPC-based workloads using powerful NVIDIA Tesla GPU accelerators and scale out using Azure's low-latency networking backed by InfiniBand infrastructure. Find out about the roadmap to support visualization scenarios and hear about customer stories and partner solutions that are leveraging these platform capabilities.
